Troubleshooting:

  • "This Connection is Untrusted" in FireFox or "There is a problem with this website's security certificate." in Internet Explorer, there is no cause for alarm. Follow the guidance here.


  • If you are having difficulty importing the Windows Keepass XML file, accept all default options when exporting. Ensure you name the export kdb.xml and import it into Web Keepass. If you do not get any error messages, your passwords have imported.
