* User settings are stored in the first admin user home in the .deluge directory. For example, if the user was amahibigfoot, config files would be found in /home/amahibigfoot/.deluge directory.

* Torrents by default will be saved in the first admin user home directory. This can be easily changed through the web UI. Go to options and make the change there as shown below:
