We have added Outlook synchronization of Free/Busy information to the webcal plug-in, which comes with the HDA.
Free/Busy means that no details about the appointments are put in the calendar. In other words, the appointment is registered only as Busy.
Setting up Outlook 2007 Free/Busy Sync
- In Free/Busy options, enter how often in minutes you want the calendar to be updated, and, most importantly, the publish location. The location is http://calendar/<name>.vfb
The .vfb extension is required, otherwise, it will not be picked up.
Please choose a name that does not clash with any other name in your calendars!
Enjoy!
