The best way for the Amahi staff to diagnose and help resolve issues is via the Amahi Bug Tracker.

To submit a bug report:

  • Login using your amahi.org credentials
  • Select Project and the appropriate category (i.e. apps, platform, etc.)
  • Choose New Issue enter a descriptive title
  • Include all pertinent details. For example, attaching Common Log Files or anything else that would help us determine the issue.
  • Also provide the URL for:
apaste --sysinfo
