= How to Partition=
At the partitioning point of the Fedora installer in the Amahi Express 7 CD install (or the [[Amahi 7 full DVD]] install), you do this:
* Select '''Create Custom LayoutINSTALLATION DESTINATION''' under ''STORAGE'' and click .* Verify the correct drive is selected, then choose '''NextDone'''.* Next delete Ensure '''Partition scheme''' reflects ''lv-rootStandard Partition'', .* Choose ''lv-swapI want to review/modify my disk partitions before continuing'', and select ''vg_xxxxxxx'Continue' by selecting one at a time and clicking ''.* When prompted with '''deleteINSTALLATION OPTIONS''' (, select ''xxxxxxCustom partitioning'' is different on every machine).* Now delete Choose each partition and select the '''ALLminus''' (-) to remove them individually until all the partitions under hard driveshave been removed. Now # If prompted ''Are you sure you will want to delete all the data on...'', choose '''Delete it'''# Ensure ''Delete all other filesystems in the Unknown root as well'' is selected.* You should now see free space as the size of the drivemessage ''You haven't created any mount points for your Amahi 7.1 installation yet''.* First we need to make the swap.  * Next is /boot.
