Here are the steps to diagnose any issues with the [http://www.amahi.org/apps/splashtop Splashtop streamer app]
* This page is for information and troubleshooring the [http://www.amahi.org/apps/splashtop Splashtop streamer app] To launch the app, search for Splashtop at the desktopand click on the icon. = Troubleshooting = Here are the steps to diagnose any issues with Splashtop. 
* After launching the app at the desktop, does it gray out the username and password? If so, it means it logged in to Splashtop. If not, then this needs to be diagnosed.
* If it's not logging in, take a look at what is in this file:
