* After launching the app at the desktopand putting in your credentials, does it gray out the username and password?** If so, it means it logged in to Splashtop and it should be working. You should see your Amahi HDA in any Splashtop client you are logged in onand be able to connect.** If it's not greying out the username/password, then this needs to be diagnosed.
