We have been able to successfully package and run the Twonky server as a one-click app for Amahi.

However, the company that releases Twonky, has decline to let Amahi release their software for sale in the Amahi app store :(

You can ask them to let Amahi package Twonky via a question at their help page, at the bottom right, under "Ask us a question".
