vi config.inc.php
* Add this line to the end and change the name to the theme of your choice (i.e. paradice, Artic Ocean. Darkblue/orange)
$cfg['ThemeDefault'] = 'paradice';
* Save the file and clear the web browser cache.
* Access phpMyAdmin and you will see the new theme applied as default to the login.
