removing warning, this was fixed before the release

* Adito (java apps seem to have probs)

* MindTerm

* phpRecipeBook (installs fine, but cannot log in)wget http://ubuntu.amahi.org/repo.tar.gz

(generally applications requiring sudo still seem to have a problem)

~~applications that write to the web dir also have a problem due to rights. A solution is in the works. Example: gallery3~~
