= Welcome to the Amahi home server Wiki! =
The Amahi server is a Linux distribution server for homes home and home office environments.
* It provides all the things you would want in a home server and more:
** Calendaring, Wiki
** Shared network storage, i.e. network file sharing
** Network Backups** Wiki** Printer server, Remote access** etc. etc...* For developers, it provides an easy way to write plug-ins in [http://rubyonrails.com Ruby on Rails]* It is Linux-based on Fedora, though we want to support Ubuntu as well ASAPhowever, is 100% PC, Mac and Linux compatible.
