* Back up your home directories under /home/*

* Back up your databases with the phpmyadmin app or the phpmybackup app.

* Install Fedora 12 with Amahi 5 fresh

* Recover your apps and their databases

* If you had any calendars they will be in the old /var/hda/calendar/html

* Restore your users and the settings you had before
