Develop and test installation of Amahi 9/10 with Fedora 24 for the next Amahi release.

Installation
Fedora 24
Download Fedora 24:
- Netinstall ISO (441MB):
- DVD ISO (1.7GB):
- HTTP - Fedora-Server-dvd-x86_64-24-1.2.iso
- Torrent - Fedora-Server-dvd-x86_64-24.torrent
Amahi
- Should be able to follow the Amahi 9 Install guidance for Fedora 24.
- Some changes may be needed.
Known Issues
- Dashboard reflects MariaDB server not running (Bug #1802)
