Basic help for new Linux / Amahi users and WHS converts

If you came over for example from WHS and have never used Linux before, this is the place to start.

First, you have to install Fedora 14, following the Fedora_14_install_guide
Next, install Amahi following the Amahi 6 install guide: User_talk:Slimborama_Amahi
Now you should have a running homeserver.
Should the installation stop at some percentage, see Installation_troubleshooting
- To get a console with root permissions, start a console, enter "su", press Enter
- You will be prompted for your root password, enter it, then you have the necessary permissions (you can see the name before the prompt change).
- To leave the root console and become a normal user again, type "exit".
