- Using ruby 1.9.x, which is default in Fedora 17

Notes:
- We're not abandoning Ubuntu or "going back" to Fedora. We will attempt to support both. However, Fedora is the first one to bring Ruby 1.9 and RoR 3.x out of the box, so far.
