Release Notes
- Fix for properly setting the timezone in php.ini at installation time
- New translation to Arabian, contributed by Abdulrhman Al-Khamees
- New translation to Latvian, contributed by Ivo
- CSS fixes for RTL (right to left) languages
- Finish off Latvian, Arabian, Hebrew, Russian and Finnish(Suomi) translations
