Release notes for the version 7 series of the Amahi platform.

Many thanks for the bug reporting and helping testing the fixes!

Fixes to make more reliable installation of server-based apps (helps, among others OpenVPN, see #1090)
Minor repo tweaks to support 32-bits installation. See the directions for Amahi 7 full-dvd installation and #1089.

A new Amahi 7.1 Express CD was done for this release due to the seriousness of the full_path and PHP timezone issues below.

Fix in PHP time zone settings. This helps with Greyhole, Mantis and other apps. If your machine suffers from this issue, you can run hda-php-zone-change (as root) to fix the issue #1067
Fix in locale selection where the page was not refreshing #1086
Fix for when the user has > 6 apps exception 1064
Enhance exception handling page #1066
Fix for serious bug for installation of apps causing a full_path exception #1063
