The purpose of this page is to capture various issues and solutions for common or not so common problems that users may encounter. It also provides links to perform various tasks with and without the HDA Dashboard.

- Disable Router DHCP Server: Generic guidance for disabling DHCP server on some routers.
- Change DNS Provider: Change DNS from OpenDNS to different provider.
- Disable DHCP Server: Disable DHCP server on HDA.
- Change Gateway IP Address: Change the 3rd octet of the router/client IP addresses.
- Renew Client IP Address: Applies to Windows, Mac OS X, and Linux.
- Enable Advanced Settings: Unhides advanced areas in Network and Setup tabs.
- Open terminal as root user: Command line access as root user.
- Adding hard drives: Add additional hard drives.
